Vocabulary
1.) The number of the Dow Jones; either being up or down, depends on the average of a random choice of 30 stocks.
2.) The S and P 500 is the average of 500 large cap companies.
3.)The Russell 2000 is measuring the performance of 2000 smallest companies.
4.) Treasury Bonds don't help the buyer make money, you pay an interset semi-anualy.

1.) I have been investing in Amazon.com for awhile now. They are making the major portion of my earnings. I bought Amazon.com at 218.27, and they are currently at 237.10. Their 52-week anual rate is 153.85 to 244.00. I predict them to rise around christmas, so even tho they are about their highest I will stick with them to see if they rise even more.
I would add a section about a stock that you have researched and if it would be a good idea to invest into it.
ReplyDeleteThis is good. You don't have any information about what sector they are, so I would include that. Also you might want to talk about their competitors, so we could have a better idea of how good this company is compared to some other companies. Good job!

ReplyDeleteClassmates comments are very good. The Christmas comments are good but you need to put a solid dollar amount on your prediction.
